No Exchange & Return Policy : 

At Anaaira Creations, we take immense pride in the quality, craftsmanship, and uniqueness of our products. Each product is carefully sourced and undergoes strict quality checks by our suppliers to ensure it meets our high standards before it reaches you. 
Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of our products, we follow a strict No Exchange & Return Policy. We kindly request you to read the following terms before placing your order.

 

1. No Returns : All sales made through our website are final. We do not accept returns unless the item you received is defective or the item is not as per your confirmed order (wrong size, design, or color). If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at anaairacreations@gmail.com with Your order number, Clear images/videos of the product and defect, A brief description of the issue. 
2. No Exchanges : We do not offer exchanges for any products once the order has been confirmed and processed. We encourage you to refer to our detailed size guides and product descriptions before placing your order. For any pre-purchase queries, feel free to reach out to us.
3. Exceptions & Discretion : While our policy is strict to maintain fairness and hygiene standards, Anaaira Creations reserves the right to assess exceptional cases at its sole discretion. In the rare event that we are unable to deliver your product, we guarantee a full refund. In case of items delivered are defective or damaged, we only replace items subject to availability otherwise we guarantee a full refund. 
4. Refund Process : Once the refund request is reviewed and approved, the amount will be credited back to the original source of payment within 7–10 business days after the return is completed. You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.
